2. CANBUS SETTINGS
Please note canbus settings is important , if you do not set that correctly , the stereo could not switch off , your Mul-steer wheel will not work or your Climate will not work and volume knob may not work and so on .
Here are the steps for CANBUS setting:
1.Go to Settings → Factory
2.Enter 3368 to confirm
3.Select Car Model
4.Choose Canbox Type: RZC
5.Select Car Brand: VW
6.Choose your specific Car Model
If you do not find your car model, you can select PQ/MQB General Setting instead. please note that (HIGH only for External Amplifier)
If the CANBUS is not set, the volume knob may not work. This is not a hardware issue but a CANBUS setting issue.
Please follow the steps above to set up the CANBUS correctly.
3. Why is my device overheating / not cooling down properly? How can I control the cooling fan?
(1). Connect the Cooling Fan Power Properly
Please refer to the attached picture.
Make sure the cooling fan power adapter is correctly connected, as shown in the diagram. Improper connection will prevent the fan from working.
(2) Turn On the Cooling Fan in Settings
By default, the cooling fan function is turned off.
You need to manually enable it by following these steps:
Settings → Device → Sound → AMP ON/OFF → Select "ON"
Once this setting is turned on, the cooling fan will start running automatically to help cool your device.
4. Microphone Issue – Low Call Volume / Unclear Sound
If your voice sounds unclear or too low during phone calls, please check the microphone settings below. Our device supports both built-in and external microphones.
1. Identify Which Microphone You Are Using

Built-in Microphone: Inside the device. No external connection needed.

External Microphone: Comes with a shell mic. You need to connect this microphone to the correct MIC port using the provided adapter.
2. How to Switch Between Internal and External Microphones
Please go to the factory settings:
Settings → Factory Settings → Front MIC / Built-in MIC or Back MIC / Connect MIC adapter → Select ON / OFF

If you are using the external mic, make sure "Back MIC" or "Connect MIC Adapter" is ON.

If you prefer to use the built-in mic, make sure "Front MIC" or "Built-in MIC" is ON.

Do not turn both ON at the same time. Choose one to avoid conflict.
3. Still Not Working?

Double-check that the external mic is fully plugged in.

Try switching to the other mic type to test.

Avoid covering the built-in mic hole (usually on the device surface).
